Howdy North Carolina C.A.R!
My name is Leah Salazar, and I am honored to be serving as your State
President for 2026-2027! For those of you who don’t know me, here’s some info
about me!
I am 16 years old! I have been in the C.A.R. for 11 years. I began my service in Texas, but got to North Carolina as fast as I could. I have served in many State leadership positions in both states.
C.A.R. is keeping me very busy this year, and in my free time I have, I enjoy writing, reading, dancing, and sewing.
I always enjoy traveling to as many regional tour meetings as I can and this year was no different! I was able to attend four and, of course, Southeastern was the best of them all!
