Hey, y’all!
I’m Bethany Westbrook, and I’m excited to serve this year as your North Carolina Society Children of the American Revolution State President!
I joined C.A.R. in 2017, and I am a member of the Colonel Adam Alexander Society. I have served locally as President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Librarian, and in various chairmanships. I have served on the State level as Membership Chairman, Registrar, Chaplain, Vice President, and currently President! I have also served nationally as the Museum Advisory Committee Chairman and a Societies in Foreign Countries Co-Chairman. I have loved every minute of my time in C.A.R. whether at Colonel Adam Alexander meetings, State Boards and Conferences, Southeastern Region Meetings, or National Conventions!
Outside of C.A.R., I will be attending Worldview at the Abbey for a gap year in Colorado this coming fall, and after that, I plan to major in Biblical Languages. I am an avid reader, baker, and traveler in my free time, but my favorite thing to do is fly airplanes! I am currently working toward my Pilot’s license, and I plan to be a commercial airline pilot in the future.
I am very excited to work with y’all this year, and I look forward to a great year of All-Terrain Veterans!
