Miss Dietrich attends William Amos Hough High School in Cornelius, North Carolina where she maintains a 3.96 GPA. In addition to C.A.R. Samantha is a member of DECA since 2015, the National English Honor Society since 2017, the National Technical Honor Society since 2018, the National Science Honor Society since 2018 and Tho Kappa, the History Honor Society since 2018.
Samantha was elected Vice President of the National Technical Honor Society and holds an office in the National English Honor Society, both for 2018-2019.
She achieved sixth place overall in Marketing Management Team Decision Making at North Carolina DECA CDC in 2018. She was awarded To Test Taker at North Carolina DECA Districts in 2016 and 2018 and Top Test Taker at North Carolina at DECA CDC in 2017.
She volunteers two hours a week as a tutor at Huntersville Elementary School. She also tutors one hour a week at William Almos Hough High School.
Among her interests are helping others through mentoring, coding and the study of various musical instruments.
Her ultimate plan is to major in International Business and to travel the world over experiencing a variety of cultures.
Miss Dietrich’s Patriot Ancestor is Catherine Esther Cowan from Jackson, New York.
She is being presented by her parents, Jonathan Dietrich and Tish Dietrich.
