The C.A.R. National Convention was held on April 20-22, 2018 in Arlington, Virginia. State President Megan Benedict and Senior State President Rebecca Bottoms reported on the N.C.S.C.A.R. North Carolina member and Honorary State President Mary Lee Howell was elected National Assistant Registrar and she and new State President Daisy Dolicker and Senior State President George Dolicker were installed at Mount Vernon on Sunday.
