Camille Edwards was State President in the 2015-2016 term. Camille’s project distributed “pocket” Constitutions to every C.A.R. member in our state. In 1861, President Abraham Lincoln described the Declaration of Independence as an “apple of gold” and the Constitution as the “frame of silver” around it. The Constitution acts as a guard for the principles established in the Declaration of Independence. Camille’s theme was Foundations of Freedom.
